It is no accident that the Super Bowl has been held a record 10 times in our city (this year will make it 11!), after all, where would you rather be in February? Sunny South Florida provides the perfect backdrop for a week of exciting outdoor events, parties and celebrations that go beyond the football, Superbowl LIV comes to Hard Rock Stadium on February 2 and promises to deliver in all fronts.

Plans for this fantastic week have been underway for quite a while, details are still trickling in but you can count on Downtown Miami to be at the epicenter of the happenings with the Super Bowl Live Fan Festival the free public event which will spice things up at Bayfront Park a week prior to game day.

And there will be many other highlight events happening throughout South Florida for all revelers to bask in our fabulous balmy weather and catch on the contagious energy that has electrified the city. Celebrations will kick off as early as a week before the Big Game and will take place in a variety of venues. Here's what we have to look forward to during Superbowl Week 2020! On Game Day Sunday, the Players Tailgate at the Super Bowl is the landmark Super Bowl Pre-Game party, featuring over 30 active NFL players and celebrities, open premium bars, and all-you-can-eat gourmet dining prepared by celebrity chefs. You do NOT need a Super Bowl Ticket to attend the Players Tailgate.

America's most recognizable celebrity chef, Guy Fieri, returns for the fifth time as host for the 2020 Players Tailgate, helping prepare the food with the top caterer in the United States, Aaron May.

NFL Experience - a Super Bowl Theme Park

Super Bowl NFL Experience Festival

Also taking place in the days leading up to the big game, the Super Bowl Experience will turn the Miami Beach Convention Center into a massive football-themed park for Super Bowl LIV.

Events planned include immersive exhibits, player autograph sessions, interactive games, skill tests, merchandise for sale at NFL and Super Bowl shops, behind-the-scenes access to NFL celebrity interviews and more.

Taste of the NFL is the premier food and wine event at the Super Bowl, a "party with a purpose" that raises awareness and funds for hunger-relief organizations, including Feeding America and its affiliates nationwide. Since 1992, Taste of the NFL has distributed more than $14 million to local and national hunger-relief organizations.

The Taste of the NFL's annual strolling wine and food event features a chef from each NFL city serving their signature dish alongside a current or alumni NFL player. The result? 35+ food stations where guests can sample fine cuisine, meet and mingle with renowned chefs and NFL greats and participate in a silent auction with unique sports memorabilia and other exciting items.

Who's in town this year? National Honorary Chair is our very own Don Shula, Andrew Zimmern is the National Chef Host, and National Player host is San Diego's former NFL linebacker Ben Leber.

Super Fan Fest is a week-long free event nestled right in the middle of Miami's hottest neighborhood, Wynwood.

Live music will be featured each and every day on the Elevate Main Stage, a variety of daily activities including a half-scale regulation football field with a regulation-sized field goal post for you to tryout, LED Screen galore at thedeck sportsbar where you can also enjoy signature drinks, the Taste of Miami top gourmet food trucks and a beer garden featuring over 30 beers on tap.

This is an all-ages event. The sports bar over 21 after 10:00 pm each night.
